3. The damage waiver does not cover theft, gross negligence, willful or wanton conduct, intentional damage, lost keys, swimming pool passes, club cards or gate cards, excessive wear and tear, unauthorized late check-outs, pets, smoking, or any other violation of our rental policies.
4. There is no longer a security deposit; the initial deposit to book a reservation may be deducted from your rental amount when the final payment is made.

Seawinds Condominium in Ormond By The Sea Florida
Seawinds condominium is directly on traffic free Ormond Beach. All units face the Beautiful Atlantic ocean
and have a spectacular view. Beach front rates apply. Seawinds is a 10 story Condominium built in 1995. Features include ample guest parking, keypad building entry system, oceanfront pool, central
elevator, and fabulous views of the Atlantic Ocean from your private balcony. A modern electric kitchen,
inside laundry and central heat and air are also featured in our Seawinds condo vacation rentals. Units
are about 1150 sq feet. 2 bedroom, 2 bath. The minimum rental is weekly. Sorry, no pets and smoking is
not permitted in the units or in the building. Vacation rentals, corporate rentals, seasonal rentals and 
longer condo rentals are available in this highly sought after building. Seawinds Condo is close to shopping and all Central Florida attractions. Your Ormond Beach vacation rental will be memorable in this Ormond By The Sea direct oceanfront condo. The wheelchair accessible pool is heated except for December through February. Please not that we cannot guarantee the heating of the pool. It is at the discretion of the Seawinds Condominium Association and generally if the temperature is low the cost of heating the pool makes the Association board of directors decide to keep the heater off.
