The Seawinds condo vacation rental penthouse is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath top floor (10th floor) southeast
corner unit directly on traffic free Ormond Beach. Enjoy fabulous views of the Atlantic Ocean. Vacation
rentals are available for $1750 a week. This spacious, 2400 Sq. Ft., unit boasts two oceanfront master
bedrooms each with a king size bed. Seawinds penthouse is 2 units combined to give you the ultimate
vacation experience. Two separate tastefully decorated living rooms with ceramic tile throughout. A full
size washer & dryer and refrigerator with ice maker help make the penthouse a hot property. This is the
perfect vacation rental condo for 2 couples traveling together. Share experiences and have your own
space at the same time. Spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean as you relax on either of the 2 balconies
overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and the no drive beach of Ormond By The Sea Florida.
The Seawinds Penthouse will sleep 10 with 2 King beds, twins, and 2 sleep sofas.
Maximum occupancy is 10.
Garage parking is not available with this unit.
$300 security deposit required to hold a reservation.

Relieve any stress you may experience in planning your Vacation Rental by taking advantage of the Ocean View Guaranteed Late Arrival System. Worrying about arriving on time to pick up your keys to access your Vacation Rental accommodations can easily be eliminated.
Once we have your full payment and your signature, everything you need to access and entry to your Vacation Rental House or Condo will be placed in a Combination Lock Box outside our office for $25.00. Please note that this service must be arranged and paid in advance. You will then be able to arrive anytime day or night. When you contact Ocean View to make your reservations just tell us you would like the Guaranteed Late Arrival or Lock Box option.
